In our restaurants the guests can taste the typical dishes of the local tradition. We offer a simple, home-made cuisine. Every dish is prepared with ingredients of our own production: pecorino and ricotta cheese from our own dairy; meats reared on the farm; eggs, extra virgin olive oil, chestnut flour, and vegetables from our garden.
